- Returns & exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery
- Store credit is available within 30 days of delivery
- All requests must be submitted through our return portal
- Enter your order number and shipping zip code to check eligibility
- Submitting a request does not guarantee approval
- All digital products (eBooks & online courses) are non-refundable

Subscriptions
- Subscriptions must be canceled before the billing date
- Cancellations after billing will apply to the next billing cycle
- All subscriptions require opt-in at checkout
- We are not responsible for charges from active subscriptions

Shipping
- Shipping times refer to transit time only, not processing time
- All orders require processing before shipment
- Expedited shipping does not speed up processing
- Delivery timeframe begins after the order has shipped
- Customs & duties are calculated at checkout (no extra fees on delivery)
