  • Store credit is available within 30 days of delivery
  • All requests must be submitted through our return portal
  • Enter your order number and shipping zip code to check eligibility
  • Submitting a request does not guarantee approval
  • All digital products (eBooks & online courses) are non-refundable

Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions must be canceled before the billing date
  • Cancellations after billing will apply to the next billing cycle
  • All subscriptions require opt-in at checkout
  • We are not responsible for charges from active subscriptions

Shipping

  • Shipping times refer to transit time only, not processing time
  • All orders require processing before shipment
  • Expedited shipping does not speed up processing
  • Delivery timeframe begins after the order has shipped
  • Customs & duties are calculated at checkout (no extra fees on delivery)
